If there are any issues with the delivery or contents of your package, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. (If applicable, we request that you include clear photographs of the issue to assist us in verifying and addressing the problem)
***Pleased be advised that during summer months we will only ship candles Monday-Wednesday. (Depending on the location). All other products will be shipped as normal. Our candles and body butters may begin to melt when exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period. Please make sure to track your package so that it does not remain outside once delivered.
